"This is one of the nicest property I've stayed in. Clean, safe, comfortable beds and pillows, large room with kitchenette and roomy bathroom. Near shopping and easy commute to St. Marys hospital."
"Very limited check in and out windows. Never saw a single employee my entire stay. Checked in the late evening via a ring camera (as well as checkout around 8am) to get my pin for the room, no deadbolt on door, no towels to use for showering. Whole property unsupervised without staff anywhere which also made it feel unsafe. "

"This hotel is really beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great location in downtown Madison. The staff were top notch! Had drinks in the bar--friendly, chic atmosphere. I have nothing negative to say except that I was lucky that this was not a longer stay so I didn't have to wash my hair. The shower water comes out almost dripping and there was no way I would've been able to get the shampoo out of my hair. No hyperbole here, it was the worst water pressure in my 50 year old life. "
